Search by code
Enter all or the first digits of CPT code,
such as "5", or "58", or "581", or "5814", or "58140" and Click on GO.
Search by description
1)Search by Phrases, such as "Laparoscopic treatment";
2)Search by word, enter separately as many as 4 key words into the search boxes.
3) To search by word and letter, enter separately key words or the first letters of word into 4 search boxes, such as search by "Laparoscopic","t","ectopic" and "p";
4) To search by the first letter, enter separately the first letter or each key word into the search boxes;
Note:If you type in one letter for a search, you will get a broad result.
