Robbie Jaffar is Director of Client Services at HSS Services. Robbie joined HSS in 1997, and brings over 23 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and vast knowledge of all aspects of billing and different states’ billing regulations. Our clients benefit from Robbie’s experience and expertise in negotiating fair and equitable contract rates from commercial payers, in conducting compliance audits and in giving seminars on billing and documentation guidelines. Additionally, Robbie was at the forefront of changing payer’s policies, such as convincing Medicare to allow multiple anesthesia sessions, and another payer’s reimbursement of A-line and Swan Ganz.
